Leadership LAUNCHpad is a unique retreat, immersing each participant in a leadership-themed environment shared with like-minded people. Every retreat is its own universe, separate from “the outside world,” and participants are empowered to concentrate on personal development, exercise networking skills, and re-enter the day-to-day with a clearer sense of their leadership identities.

The LAUNCHpad participant package includes:

• 2 nights’ onsite accommodation
• 2 breakfasts, 3 buffet lunches, and snack breaks
• Educational materials, tools, and assessments

• Presentations from subject matter experts
• Hands-on learning experiences

Registration is limited to 2 attendees per organization.

Early-Bird Special through Oct 11th: $699 per participant. After October 11th, rate increases to $749.

Rate is based on double room occupancy. Add $150 for single room occupancy.

Now available – Leadership LAUNCHpad scholarship opportunity, provided by the HCBS ARPA Workforce Grant Project. Eligible individuals include both agency provider employees and independent providers working in Direct Support Professional and/or Frontline Supervisory roles. 

Applicants must be providing HCBS services in Ohio.
